Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Business Continuity Update

As new coronavirus (COVID-19) cases continue to increase in many parts of the world, Sentient Machines is committed to providing a safe environment for our employees and ensuring business continuity for our customers and partners.

We are confident that coronavirus will not impact the services we operate nor the continuous improvement and development of our technology. Our commitment to our customers and partners around the world will remain our priority.

Aside from all Sentient Machines employees now working remotely from home, we continue to work as usual. We have strong cloud-based infrastructure that we can manage virtually, and that we have used and tested for many years. We, therefore, anticipate no impact to the operation of our services and believe in our ability to keep running with no interruption.

We have ensured that our team members have whatever they need to work remotely and to continue doing their jobs securely. We have increased channels of internal communication and will prioritise communication with our customers and partners so you can remain focused on your business.

We will continue to monitor news and advice from governments and will reassess the situation daily, adjusting our plans accordingly. We will use this site to provide updates on our approach as the situation changes.

As always, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with any questions.

We wish you all good health and thank you for your continued trust in us.

We would like to remind everyone to stay positive, exercise, and if you can - help those who need help.
